Lalit Kumar Lama: Proprietor and founder of Khukuri House. After retiring from British Gurkha Army in 1987, he along with ex-10 GR Mr. Til Bdr BK established Khukuri House (KH) in Kathmandu. Nepal in February 1991. He has been the head of staff since day one and now plays the role of an advisor and guidance for KHHI.

Saroj Lama Tamang:Youngest son of Mr. Lalit Kumar Lama and founder of Khukuri House Handicraft Industry (KHHI), Mr. Lama is the Proprietor and Managing Director of KHHI which was established by him in 2008. He holds the highest post at KHHI and is responsible for all operations, management and development of the company. Under his leadership KHHI has gone through huge growth, remarkable transformation, and immense progress, and now has become a branded company well known to the world as the best maker of high quality khukri knives and wonderful customer service provider. Mr. Lama is also a part time researcher of Gurkhas, khukuri and has good interest in history. He joined Khukuri House (KH) in 1993 to help his father.
Shilpa Lepcha Lama: Joined KHHI in January 2008, Mrs. Lama oversees Sales and Promotion and all administrative works of KHHI. She is the wife of Mr. Saroj Lama Tamang and holds the General Manage (GM) post at KHHI. She assists Mr. Lama on key decision making and also supports as an "Advisory" for the company. Mr. and Mrs. Lama work together hand in hand persistently for the betterment of KHHI. She worked in several INGOs for many years before coming to KHHI, and is a dedicated mother.
Raju Baniya: Mr. Baniya and his company, "Atlanta Traders and Exporters" have been working as an official shipping agent for KHHI since it came into operation. All the international and domestic orders are forwarded to the destination through him. Archeology, documentation, handling, packaging and updating are some of the major works done by Atlanta Traders and Exporters for KHHI. Mr. Raju Baniya is also a very noble person who is heavily involved in charity.
Buddha Ratna Shakya: Wood craftsman by birth and profession, Mr. Shakya has been a key contributor in the promotion and popularity of KHHI. One of the senior staffs of the company, he has been carving Khukuris with his magical skill since day one of KHHI. He also works as a part timer in a government run cultural and carving institution. Interestingly now even his wife and daughter does the carving when he is not around.
Krishna Bhakta Mali: Known as the "Standwala" or man who makes stand, he is a very old employee since the time of KH. All the wooden stands/displayers from very small to huge ones are the outcome of great skill of Mr. Mali and his friends. He runs his own small factory in Patan, Lalitpur to make stands for KHHI. He is also responsible for all types of furnishing work at KHHI.
Baburam Bhattarai: Mr. Bhattarai handles all the official and legal work/duty for/of KHHI like taxes, renewals, registrations, papers, documentations etc. He has been one of the active members of this company since 1998 and over the years has successfully proven KHHI as a pure legitimate company. He also works as a legal advisor for KHHI.
Jiwan Dangol: One of the old employees of KHHI who is responsible for producing and supplying Lokta (Special Nepali paper made from bark of trees) papers and press works for KHHI. Now also working as the "Chemical Engraver", Mr. Dangol expertly engraves texts, images etc in all KHHI's orders. He also runs his own Lokta Paper House in one of the busiest streets of KTM known as "Jamsikhel" (Jamel). Mr. Dangol is involved in KHHI since 2002.
Ukesh Rai: Mr. Rai holds a key position as a Quality and Production Manager in KHHI. He has shown great skill, enthusiasm and trust and thus has been promoted to the post. He is directly responsible for quality control and also manages production. Every knife shipped form KHHI goes thru Mr. Rai who gives the final approval (finishing) and ensures the BEST is sent. Mr. Rai is the head of Post Production unit. He joined KHHI in 2013.
Gopal Limbu:Relatively new who joined KHHI in 2015 mid, Mr. Limbu manages production activities and orders sorting out for KHHI. He is responsible and works as a bridge for coordinating all units for effective production and smooth operation in the company. He together with Mr. Ukesh Rai also ensures high quality products are made and supplied.
Subash Gurung:He is the machinist whose duty is to give the final finishing to all blades before forwarding to the shipper. He has come a long way as a machinist and now handles all machine works professionally. He also serves as a "Senior Production Assistant" who prepares and oversees quality of products before forwarding. Also known as "mama", he is the oldest person at KHHI. Mr. Subash is here with KHHI since 2011.
Bashna Thapa Magar: Appointed as Office Assistant in 2011 and now upgraded to "Production Assistant", Ms. Bashna's role and responsibility is to lead the finishing team to the best possible finishing and quality. She also assists the Quality Manager for preparing, monitoring, and supervising quality related things and issues. Her primary job is to working on the final finishing on blades, handles, sheath and small knives.
Rishi Nakarmi or "Pasa": Pasa (meaning a close friend in Newari language) joined KHHI in 2013 and works as a Machine Operator. He is responsible for handing over finished blanks to KMS that come from CNC machines. He operates a 2HP 3Phase manual "Surface Grinding" machine and does all grinding works required to make a blade. He also has good hand in wielding as he used to work in a grill workshop before coming to KHHI
Dibin Nakarmi: No. 3 Machine Operator in KHHI, Mr. Dibin is Christian by birth who joined KHHI in 2014. A very honest, hard working and dedicated staff he operates a 3HP 3Phrase manual vertical "Milling Machine" that can grind off a metal in no time. Mr. Nakarmi by skillfully handling the machine does the entire flat, angular milling and can actually mill a complete knife's blank out of a solid block of metal. Mr. Dibin stands in #2 stage/line of the making process and hands over to #3 or also known as the "Surface Grinders". He is also responsible for maintaining machines and now is trying his hand on "Kydex Sheaths".
Ramita Rai: Appointed as Jr Production Assistant who qualified as an official staff of KHHI in 2016, her duty is to assist Production Manager and Assistant in preparing and maintaining quality and final finishing of the products being supplied.
Sarita Tamang: Appointed as Office Assistant in 2016, Ms. Tamang is responsible for maintaining neat and clean environment at KHHI. Her job is also to serve staffs and guests with refreshments, snacks etc.
